By accessing smartbus.co.ke or using SmartBus school transport software (including staff portals and related mobile apps), you agree to use the service lawfully and only for authorised school transport operations.

Accounts and school data

Schools are responsible for authorised user access, accurate student and transport data they enter, and complying with applicable Kenyan data protection requirements for children’s information. See our Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

Service and liability

SmartBus supports coordination, tracking, attendance, and communication. It does not replace driver duty of care, school safeguarding policies, or emergency services. Contact [email protected] for commercial terms specific to your school agreement.
